Sometimes a plumbing problem is only minor but the response time is critical. The team at Essendon Plumbing Services recently received a call for help from a shop at Westfield Shopping Centre in Plenty Valley Melbourne.
The staff in the tenancy reported a broken kitchen sink mixer tap and they had no hot or cold water to the shop.

Expert Local Plumber Required
Ben arrived and quickly determined it was indeed a broken mixer tap, there were multiple issues with the tap and the most cost-effective outcome was to replace the tap. Ben provided a fixed price plumbing quote to replace the tap with a new Posh Bristol Mk 11 Sink Mixer which the customer was keen to proceed with ASAP.
Ben had the replacement mixer tap in his fully stocked vehicle so it was only a matter of going out to his car to get it, then installing the tap.
The hot and cold water supply had isolation valves located under the sink so all Ben had to do was turn these off, unscrew and remove the old tap and install the new. The water was then turned back on and the new tap installation tested for leaks.
Ben made sure the customer was happy with the new tap before cleaning up and taking the old tap and rubbish with him, all this with 1hr.
