Prices for Plumbing Services

Essendon Plumbing Services' Terms

• Our Rates: $154 includes the first half hour onsite. We charge $55 per half hour thereafter. Rates include GST.
• Fixed Fee Pricing: Can be provided by the Plumber before works commence.
• The Invoice: Will clearly show a full description of work carried out - time started time finished, and a full breakdown of Labour and Materials.
• Payment: Must be made in full by credit card or cash to the Plumber upon completion of work and receipt of the invoice unless otherwise organised.
• Fixed Price Quotes: Can be given if requested for larger jobs. Our on site technician will liaise with our experienced Plumbing Estimators to provide you with a detailed fixed price quote.
• * Materials supplied by Essendon Plumbing will be charged additional to the above rates and are subject to GST.
• ** Drain Jetting and CCTV charges at $110 per hour after the first half hour.
• Certificate of compliance issued for any gas works or any works valued above $700.
• After hours rates apply Monday to Friday 4:30pm to 7am and Saturdays and Sundays.
