Adam is the sole owner and Director of Essendon Plumbing Services. A Licensed Plumber with more than 25 years experience in Plumbing across multiple sectors. He is also registered as a commercial builder.
Adam is big on personal and professional development and is continually educating himself on what it takes to be successful in business. His passion for people, culture and exceptional customer service is what inspires him to continually improve . At work his responsible for business development, company direction and financial structure. At home his a father of 3 children running around doing drop off’s and pick ups who loves travelling around Australia with his wife and family and playing golf.

Richard is a Licensed Plumber and has over 15 years of experience in Residential, Commercial and Industrial Plumbing. Richard’s successful drive and ambitious personality is best expressed in his commitment to continually providing our employees and customers with the best work environment and customer service experience than they can find.
Client interaction, problem solving and managing people are just some of the tasks he loves. Richard and his wife have 3 children and has recently entered the world of Caravanning so he loves to get away when he can in the van. His dream holiday is to one day take his family back to his homeland in the UK to visit his parents, siblings and their extended families.
Matt Di Florio
Manager Operations, Sales and Estimating
Matt is a Licensed Plumber and has over 17 years of experience in Residential, Commercial and Industrial Plumbing. Matt is a passionate, friendly and hardworking individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who delivers nothing but exceptional customer service. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that each client is 100% satisfied.
Matt’s wealth of knowledge, built from many years of hands on experience in commercial plumbing and maintenance, means there is nothing he hasn’t seen or dealt with before. Combined with his determination to please, this ensures a great result for the customer every time. You’ll find Matt camping and jet skiing on the Murray River in Cobram through summer with his wife, 2 x kids, dog , bird and friends.
With Amanda’s attention to detail, her passion for exceptional customer service and her keen problem solving skills she is 1 awesome plumber to have on our team. Amanda loves the variety of work she gets at Essendon Plumbing Services and isn’t afraid to get on the sewer machine unblocking drains. Clients continually comment on Amanda’s great communication skills, her strong work ethic and her ability to get the job done. If she’s not relaxing somewhere in the sun you might find her at the snow with her mates on her ski board or supporting the Blues in the AFL.
Ben also loves the variety of work he gets at EPS, the quality of the team members his learnt from and that no 2 days are the same. Ben has grasped the fundamentals of the Plumbing Industry in a short period of time and has excellent communication skills when dealing with customers. He has a passion for travel and looks forward to doing a lot more of it in the future. His a keen local AFL footballer and cricketer and just a great guy to have on our team at EPS.
David’s years of maintenance Plumbing experience coupled with his can do, nothing is a problem attitude and his ability to problem solve are second to none. He has a fantastic ability to communicate with all clients at all levels and will leave no stone unturned in resolving the plumbing problems of the day. David is a real team player and often the go to man for some of our younger team members. Playing X-Box and watching the Doggies is how he likes to spend some of his spare time.
Jordan is the newest member of our team and a 1st year Plumbing Apprentice. She’s already shown a keen interest in fixing things and isn’t afraid to ask questions in her thirst to learn. Jordan has a great mentor in Amanda and the support of the team around her. She loves to get to the beach with friends in summer and the AFL watching the Blues in winter when she’s not playing netball.
Josh says he likes working at EPS because of the variety of plumbing work we do gives him a good understanding of what he can expect working in the Plumbing Industry. Josh loves the culture of the place and that there’s a great bunch of people that he can always have a laugh with while learning his craft. He has a keen interest in cars, motorsport and going to the gym.
Lee completed the last 2 years of his apprenticeship with EPS before becoming a registered plumber so he had a great grounding in our culture and expectations. As a Tradesman he utilized his training and experience to become a real problem solver and enthusiastic team player with a can do attitude. Lee’s another of our team members who likes to keep fit at the gym and has a passion for AFL, NRL, swimming and traveling. With a real penchant for customer service and respect for his fellow team members where grateful to have Lee on our Team.
Strauny as the team knows him is another member that loves the variety of work he gets at EPS and the people his been able to learn off on his journey. He loves our team social events, the annual end of year break up’s and the fact he can have a laugh and a joke with everyone. Travelling is something he wants to do some more of in the future but competing the last year of his apprenticeship is a priority in the short term. He plays local footy with Ben at Pascoe Vale and doesn’t mind getting away for the weekend camping, dirt bike riding and fishing when he can.
Sean or Gus as his better known at EPS is our commercial and industrial plumbing guru. He takes immense pride in his work, has years of hands on knowledge and experience and has ran his own plumbing business. His always there for others and keen to pass on his skills to teach the next generation coming through. He loves 4WDriving, remote bush camping, cooking and beer. You’ll find him pottering around his garden on the weekends or watching his Son playing footy or cricket.
Shaun is one of the newest members of our plumbing team. EPS were looking for an experienced maintenance plumber to mentor and pass on there knowledge to our younger members and we found one in Shaun. At the time he was running his own business and was looking for a better work life balance. Shaun has embraced the transition to a team environment and the EPS core values. Shaun enjoys getting away to his caravan on the Murray River, playing golf and watching footy and hopefully his move to EPS will allow him more time to do the things enjoys.
Josh’s attention to detail, his ability once given a task to own it and manage and his self belief in completing the task to the highest standard is a real credit to him. Josh is an avid reader and big on professional and personal development. He is currently engaged in personal development for one of his passions the financial markets. He genuinely cares for the whole team and contributes in all team development and social events. Hobbies and interest he enjoys most sports, travelling and getting to the snow with mates in winter for some snow boarding.
Stev has been a great addition to the EPS team since joining us in 2015. He has formed many a friendship within our team and is great at showing our up and coming apprentices what his learnt in his 16 years as a plumber. Many a client comments on Steve’s excellent customer service and his one to always put his hand up when work needs to be done. He keeps fit in the gym, always makes the effort to keep in contact with friends and would like to do some more traveling through Europe one day when he gets the opportunity.
With a can do attitude, Gwyneth is one hard worker!
She has been at EPS since 2014 and her position is broad and includes administration services, general operations, accounts receivable, costing and budgeting to name a few.
Gwyneth’s friendly customer service skills are an asset to the organisation and you can be assured that all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Gwyneth enjoys time in her garden, walking and tennis with a keen interest in watching Roger Federer.
Deb is the newest member of our Admin team starting in 2018. Deb has taken like a duck to water dealing with phone enquiries providing great customer service, data entry, job raising and generally helping people out. In between running around for her kids sports Deb likes to keep herself fit playing tennis and netball or a session in the gym.
Deb has been a great asset to the EPS in her return to the workforce and finds the environment at EPS friendly, Inclusive and everyone is always striving to help one another out.
