Managing Director

Adam is the sole owner and Director of Essendon Plumbing Services. A Licensed Plumber with more than 25 years experience in Plumbing across multiple sectors. He is also registered as a commercial builder.

Adam is big on personal and professional development and is continually educating himself on what it takes to be successful in business. His passion for people, culture and exceptional customer service is what inspires him to continually improve . At work his responsible for business development, company direction and financial structure. At home his a father of 3 children running around doing drop off’s and pick ups who loves travelling around Australia with his wife and family and playing golf.

Manager Operations, Sales and Estimating

Richard is a Licensed Plumber and has over 15 years of experience in Residential, Commercial and Industrial Plumbing. Richard’s successful drive and ambitious personality is best expressed in his commitment to continually providing our employees and customers with the best work environment and customer service experience than they can find.

Client interaction, problem solving and managing people are just some of the tasks he loves. Richard and his wife have 3 children and has recently entered the world of Caravanning so he loves to get away when he can in the van. His dream holiday is to one day take his family back to his homeland in the UK to visit his parents, siblings and their extended families.

Matt is a Licensed Plumber and has over 17 years of experience in Residential, Commercial and Industrial Plumbing. Matt is a passionate, friendly and hardworking individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who delivers nothing but exceptional customer service. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that each client is 100% satisfied.

Matt’s wealth of knowledge, built from many years of hands on experience in commercial plumbing and maintenance, means there is nothing he hasn’t seen or dealt with before. Combined with his determination to please, this ensures a great result for the customer every time. You’ll find Matt camping and jet skiing on the Murray River in Cobram through summer with his wife, 2 x kids, dog , bird and friends.

Ben also loves the variety of work he gets at EPS, the quality of the team members his learnt from and that no 2 days are the same. Ben has grasped the fundamentals of the Plumbing Industry in a short period of time and has excellent communication skills when dealing with customers. He has a passion for travel and looks forward to doing a lot more of it in the future. His a keen local AFL footballer and cricketer and just a great guy to have on our team at EPS.

David’s years of maintenance Plumbing experience coupled with his can do, nothing is a problem attitude and his ability to problem solve are second to none. He has a fantastic ability to communicate with all clients at all levels and will leave no stone unturned in resolving the plumbing problems of the day. David is a real team player and often the go to man for some of our younger team members. Playing X-Box and watching the Doggies is how he likes to spend some of his spare time.

With a can do attitude, Gwyneth is one hard worker!
She has been at EPS since 2014 and her position is broad and includes administration services, general operations, accounts receivable, costing and budgeting to name a few.
Gwyneth’s friendly customer service skills are an asset to the organisation and you can be assured that all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Gwyneth enjoys time in her garden, walking and tennis with a keen interest in watching Roger Federer.

George Karaglanis

 Administration Manager

George is a qualified accountant and has been with the company for more than 25 years. He commenced at EPS in 1993 the same year as owner and Director Adam Di Florio and in that time has built up a wealth of industry knowledge to combine with his accounting background.
George oversees all administrative duties and assists in making sure the business runs smoothly and efficiently and all administration tasks are completed to the highest standard.
George maintains close personal interaction between EPS and its customers, suppliers and partners. Exceptional customer service is always at the forefront of his thinking.

Administration Assistant

Deb is the newest member of our Admin team starting in 2018. Deb has taken like a duck to water dealing with phone enquiries providing great customer service, data entry, job raising and generally helping people out. In between running around for her kids sports Deb likes to keep herself fit playing tennis and netball or a session in the gym.

Deb has been a great asset to the EPS in her return to the workforce and finds the environment at EPS friendly, Inclusive and everyone is always striving to help one another out.

Yerdis Goodwin

Administration Assistant and office all rounder.

Yerdis’s role encompasses many areas including accounts receivable, data entry, job raising and customer service. For over 10 years Yerdis has been a big part of the EPS Admin Team so you can be assured your in safe hands when Yerdis is dealing with your enquiry. Yerdis loves the loyal fun group of people at EPS and you can often find her in the office on a weekend going over and above for our team. With any ME time she has left Yerdis enjoys being out in her garden, bush walking or putting her feet up watching AFL or Basketball.
